I'm still surprised at myself, I scrapped! Though this week it wasn't for any of my personal albums or projects {the lists go on}. I've FINALLY started & almost finished a gift for my sister's upcoming baby shower. I had a great gift idea some months ago, picked up the supplies a few weeks ago & started on Friday. The shower is this Saturday ya'll {living in the South is starting to show}. Because I'm out here in Kennessee & she's still back in sunny California if I want her gift at the shower I need to get it in the mail ASAP - I'm shooting for tomorrow so knowing me it will be Tuesday. I would have been done {or much closer} already but Friday night I ran out of one supply so I had to make a trip to the store Saturday - which somehow led to me deciding on an additional project. I thought about sharing a snippet of the project but I want her to be really surprised and she occasionally reads my blog {though she has yet to comment, ahem}. Next week I'll share pictures - who knows maybe some of this creative energy will spill into my upcoming busy week & I'll have something else to share to.My Ta-Da: Pictures next week!
My To-Do: OhboywheredoIbegin??? I'll start with the obvious & say finish my sister's gift and if I'm really feeling scrappy - 2 pages.
This week's question: What's your least favorite project that you've done lately & why? Well, it's not too recent but I started a project called a "This Is Me Journal". I still love the idea behind the journal but I don't like unfinished projects. Rather than getting the type of journal the blog suggested I tried making it a paper bag album. I still want to restart & complete the project but it's overwhelming and at the bottom of my list right now.

You sound a lot like me with the making a gift, adding to it, then (in my case usually) having to pay for priority postage because I've messed around with it so long. LOL! :)

When I'm making a gift I always have the idea of small and simple but it always becomes much more then that. I can't wait to see your project next week.
